Adults with autism consultation
The East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is working with East Riding of Yorkshire Council to look at ways to improve the lives of adults with autism.
A new draft strategy has identified a number of key areas we need to develop including: enhancing services in the East Riding, ensuring parents and carers have better support and respite from their caring role, supporting people with autism to have good physical and mental health and wellbeing and encouraging the public to develop and awareness and acceptance of autism.
We are keen to see what people think of our plans and want service users, organisations and healthcare professionals to share their views on what else we can do to help improve the quality of care, life experience and independence of adult with autism in the East Riding.
If you have an interest in autism, we would love to hear your views. Visit www.eastridingofyorkshireccg.nhs.uk/opportunities/adultswithautism/ to read a copy of the draft strategy and take part in the online survey.
Closing date for the survey is Monday 4 June 2018
